Great (small) coffee table book for your fashion lover!

My wife has an affinity for fashion books, and wanted to begin growing her collection. This is the first book I purchased to get her collection started. She loves the book, and has added it to our coffee table.

The hardcover book has a bit of texture to the cover, and is printed on very nice paper.

As the title states, this is a great little book to get for your loved one as a "just because" gift. It's priced great, and with Prime you can't beat the free shipping!

Amazon also has special boxes that they use for their books, so you're not getting some huge box just for a book. Good job Amazon!

This book is suitable for me because i'm learning in fashion. The words in book is simple, easy to understand its meanings. Furthermore, I can learn the special words in fashion only. So I think it's useful. The fact that I bought one more book: Bazzar Fashion- your guide to personal style on your website before. And I like it, too. I can improve, enrich my style. Thanks to this book, I can know well my body propotion. By the way, please introduce me some good books in fashion in order to apply for my daily style effectively. Thanks a lot.

An essential book to craft great adventures.

This is the largest MYFAROG supplement to date. It's chuck full of new monsters and beasts for your games as well as new NPC's.

I use this book for each game I prep for MYFAROG. Once I determine where the encounters are going to be, I use the stats in this book for quick and easy reference. Once you get this book, you'll never need to roll up an NPC again. You have more than enough NPC's for your world at your fingertips.

Another great thing about this supplement is the new travelling and encounter tables in the back. You'll find updates to the travelling rules from your v2.5. These rules add more realism to your game and (in my opinion) make it much more fun overall. Do yourself a favor and purchase this book. If you play MYFAROG, this book is a must have!

Pretty Standard, Could have had more from Norse Mythology and Animal Kingdom.

This is a pretty standard Monster Manual, but I thought there could have been more pulled from Norse Mythology and from the real world animal kingdom of Northern Europe and the Arctic religions. My greatest surprise was the lack of stats for whales.

Great for the online student

This book should be a must for any online curriculum. It covers the realm of netiquette as well as learning styles. If a person doesn't know how she or he learns the best in order to retain more, then the success of online learning is diminished proportionately.

If there are any students just beginning an online curriculum, or any students that have to take just one online class, this guide will help you get the most bang for your bucks. This comic is fun!

OK... just to give some background, Battle of the Planets was a 1970's translation/adaptation of a Japanese cartoon called Science Ninja Team Gatchaman. It took out a lot of the violence, whitewashed the Japanese names with American ones and added a cute robot.

This book is called Battle of the Planets and uses the American names but is much closer to the original Japanese Gatchaman than the American adaptation.

Under the art direction (and gorgeous covers) of Gatchaman fan Alex Ross and published by Top Cow studios, this book updates the original series adding more back-story and details while keeping the campy styles and 70s designs fans fondly remember. This is a black and white reproduction (there were also full-sized, full color reprints) but seems to have been shot from the inked pages, they do not have the muddy B&W that marred some of Top Cow's other B&W books.

There are some odd choices; it reprints issues 1-9 and a special focusing on one character. But the special is placed right in the middle of a storyline and interrupts the flow and continuity. Putting it at the end would have made the book much more coherent.

But you get lots of science ninja action and it gave me warm fuzzy memories of the original show. So if you like Battle of the Planets/gatchaman/G-Force/Eagle Riders etc you'll like this take on them.

This is a really good read, my only complaint is when a black background was used in some of the word balloons. It really made it hard to read without a flashlight, but still if you love g-force/gatchaman/battle of the planets, buy this book
